  • Order Cut-Off Time: All orders placed before 11:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, we will send you an order confirmation and tracking details via email within 24 hours.

  • Transit Time: After your order has been processed, it will typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Changing Shipping Address: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@hitchshapewear.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes.
